PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement method capable of measuring a curing condition of a cast material layer such as mortar, cement, castable, and concrete. SOLUTION: This curing condition measurement method for a cast material layer uses an ultrasonic wave device 4, which is provided with a transmission part 40 transmitting an ultrasonic wave and a receipt part 41 receiving an ultrasonic wave, and a cast material layer 2 formed by casting an uncured or half-cured inorganic material having fluidity. The curing condition measurement method includes a measurement process for performing measurement operation by transmitting an ultrasonic wave toward the cast material layer 2 from the transmission part 40 in the ultrasonic wave device 4 and measuring the curing condition of the cast material layer 2 according to a receiving signal from the receipt part 41.
