PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing 1-phosphorylated saccharide derivatives of high versatility. SOLUTION: In the phosphorolytic reaction of 1-halogenated saccharide derivative, 1-phosphorylated saccharide derivative can be produced anomer-selectively by optimizing the phosphoric acid and the base to be used, the reaction temperature and the amount of the solvent. Consequently, 1-phosphorylated saccharide derivative can be produced anomer-selectively in high yield.
