PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic clutch releasing device capable of surely transmitting and cutting power in a clutch. SOLUTION: A supporting flange 38 is integrally formed oppositely to a diaphragm on an outer periphery of a tip part of an annular piston 35 forming an annular hydraulic chamber 37 with an inner housing 33 and an outer housing 34. A release bearing 39 is mounted between a front face of the supporting flange 38 and the diaphragm spring 31. An inner ring 391 of the release bearing 39 is mounted within a pressure receiving range H of the annular piston 35 to the axial direction of the annular piston 35.
