PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply design the foundation structure of a prefabricated house, particularly an integral foundation with a basement, an underground garage or the like while supporting a design method by a drawing set. SOLUTION: In the method for designing the foundation structure of the prefabricated houses, a plurality of the prefabricated houses having different specifications are set, and the quantity of bars arranged composed of sectional shapes and the diameters of reinforcing bars is set to beams and footings or slabs constituting the foundation structures at every prefabricated house. Eccentric beams or concentric beams are used as the beams, allowable shear force and/or allowable bending moment is calculated previously at every beam and at every footing or slab. When the foundation structure of the aimed prefabricated house is designed, the beams and the footings or the slabs having allowable shear force and/or allowable bending moment satisfying the stress of each section calculated as the result of the structural calculation are selected, and the selected beams and footings or slabs are combined and the foundation structure is designed.
