PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Western-style toilet stool capable of reducing the manufacturing cost and transport cost, and convenient to enable everyone to use it comfortably. SOLUTION: The body of this Western-style toilet stool is divided into a base part and a body part, the base part is formed by a front base and a rear base, and the front base and the rear base are superposed one on the other to be placed in a recessed space of the body part. A flushing means for discharging water and stopping water directly to the toilet stool body is taken, and a small electric heater built-in hot water pot in which water from a water pipe is poured to store washing hot water is installed, whereby a washing means is taken to let the hot water to flow out from the hot water pot to the private part washing water discharge pipe and to the hand washing water discharge pipe in washing the hands.
