PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a repeelable water-dispersed pressure-sensitive adhesive which suffers little reduction in cohesive power on heating, leaves no adhesive on peeling immediately after heating, undergoes a little increase in adhesive power after heating and exhibits good adhesive power even on a rough surface. SOLUTION: This repeelable water-dispersed pressure-sensitive adhesive contains a polymer having a glass transition point of -20 deg.C or lower, made by using a monomer comprising mainly a 4-12C alkyl (meth) acrylate, and has an elongation of 3,000% or greater.
