PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition that shows little lowering of transparency, and little discoloration at a high temperature. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises a thermoplastic resin, and a vinyl polymer obtained by polymerizing a vinyl monomer having an epoxy group and another vinyl monomer at 180-350 deg.C.
