PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device with simplified control by driving a rotary shaft of a bobbin and a rotary shaft of a winding guide by one motor. SOLUTION: The winding device is provided with the bobbin rotary shaft 3 rotating the bobbin 2 for winding wire 1, and the control rotary shaft 11 reciprocating the winding guide 6 for evenly winding the wire 1 on the bobbin within a winding width of the bobbin. The driving motor 20 is connected to the bobbin rotary shaft 3, and a worm 21 is attached. A worm gear 25 meshing with the worm 21 is provided in one end, a torque transmission shaft 22 attached with a bevel gear 26 is provided in another end, and the control rotary shaft 11 is connected to the torque transmission shaft 22 via a bevel gear 27 meshing with the bevel gear 26. The control rotary shaft 11 is rotated at a rotational frequency adjusted to the bobbin rotary shaft 3 by reduction by the worm and a gear ratio of the bevel gear.
