FIELD: power engineering, burning of fuel gas in furnaces of petrochemical enterprises. SUBSTANCE: pilot burner is installed at outlet from vortex mixing chamber in gas burner. Ratio of cross-section area of gas conduits of pilot burner to cross-section area of gas conduits of main burner and to cross-section area of nozzle of pilot burner is 0.03-0.05 and 0.3-0.6, inclination angle of gas conduits in main and pilot burners to axial lines amounts to 8-40 degrees and inclination angle of surface of disc reflector is 5-20 degrees. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability of gas burner for various heat conditions in furnaces. 1 dwg |
