PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient wind power generation device in which a direction of a windmill constantly and automatically faces toward a direction opposite to a windward. SOLUTION: The wind power generation device A is constituted such that a generator 11 arranged at a lower part of a strut 10 and a differential gear 12 rotatably arranged in a horizontal direction at a top of the strut 10 are connected to each other via a transmission rotating shaft 14; a first windmill 15 of large diameter arranged at the windward and a second windmill 17 of small diameter arranged at a leeward are connected to the differential gear 12 via rotating shafts 16 and 18, respectively; the generator 11 is rotated using rotating power transmitted from the first windmill 15 and from the second windmill 17; and an upper vertical blade 19 and a lower vertical blade 20 are mounted to the leeward of the differential gear 12. |
