PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a ballpoint pen type coater without necessity of agitating the ink, which enable correction by mainly concealing a clerical error or the like with a white ink. SOLUTION: The coater comprises a tip of a ballpoint pen provided at a distal end and an ink containing tube provided at a rear, containing the ink heaving shear-rate thinning properties and having a follower which is provided at its rear end and follows to consumption of the ink in such a manner that a spring pressure is imparted to a distal end ball so as to be closely contacted with an inner edge of a ball holding part at the distal end of the tip. The coater further comprises a groove axially provided at a required position of a front end of a barrel provided integrally with the tip in an inner hole of the tip, a valve chamber formed at a substantially central part of the rear of the groove, a tapered or spherical valve element receiving seat formed at the rear end of the chamber and a guide hole formed at the center of the seat to communicate with the rear, and a spring provided between the ball and the barrel in a state in which the valve is longitudinally movably inserted into the chamber and a back surface of the ball is pressed at the front of the chamber. |
