PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which does not generate offsetting and sheet wrapping even at a high speed in fixing by the heat roller fixing method. SOLUTION: The waxy organopolysiloxane has a long-chain alkyl group or a heteroatom-containing long-chain organic group in the side chain, and has an endothermic peak area of the fraction fusing at <=50 deg.C, in the endothermic curve to be obtained by measuring the endothermic characteristics by a differential scanning calorimeter, of <=50% entire peak area.
