PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag having a fastener for which the fastener and a sealant part of the bag can be stably adhered without producing poor adhesion, blocking or deformation, even in the case that a cooling receptacle bar can not be used and also in the case that a temperature of a heat seal bar and a heat seal time are not strictly managed. SOLUTION: There is provided a bag member in which a molten resin layer showing a melting point that satisfies equations (1): Tft ( deg.C)-Tfs ( deg.C)=+10 to +80( deg.C) and (2): Ts ( deg.C)-Tfs ( deg.C)=-10 to -60( deg.C) is arranged at a connecting surface between a plastic fastener and a bag forming film C. (In the above equations, Tft denotes a melting point of a plastic fastener main body, Tfs denotes a melting point of a molten resin layer and Ts denotes a melting point of a sealant layer of the bag forming film, respectively).
