PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-treatment agent composition which gives excellent touches such as excellent smoothness to the hair and has excellent effects for restoring damages such as broken hairs or split hairs. SOLUTION: This hair-treating agent composition contains the following components (A) and (B). (A). An amideamine compound represented by the general formula (1): R<1> CONH(CH2 )m N(R<2> )2 (1) [R<1> is a 15 to 23C aliphatic hydrocarbon group; R<2> is a 1 to 4C alkyl group; (m) is an integer of 2 to 4] or its salt. (B). A polyhydric alcohol condensate organic acid ester which contains at least one hydroxy acid as the constituting organic acid.
