PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated polyester film exhibiting excellent heat resistance enough not to cause deterioration in flatness, excellent also in oligomer deposition-inhibiting property even when subjected to a heat treatment at a high temperature in a processing step for applying it to various uses, further excellent in scratch resistance and applicable to various uses. SOLUTION: The laminated polyester film comprises a substrate film mainly composed of a polyester and a polyimide and, formed on at least one surface thereof, a thin film layer mainly composed of an organic polymer and/or an inorganic substance and having a coating thickness of 0.01-3.5μm, where the sum of the elastic modulus in the width direction and that in the longer direction of the film is at least 11 GPa.
