PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material sheet using a biochemical specific reaction for enabling detection of an organism related substance or its duplicate with high precision and sensitiveness. SOLUTION: This composite material sheet is constructed of partition walls finely dividing a sheet plane in two dimensional directions and porous structural bodies arranged in respective areas sectioned by the partition walls. A mean density of the partition wall is 0.6 g/cm<3> or more, while a mean density of the porous structural body is 1.0 g/cm<3> or less (where, the mean density of the partition wall should be higher than that of the porous structural body).
