PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which can be heated and dried at a higher temperature when applied on a substrate in the manufacture of a heat-sensitive self-adhesive sheet, exhibits extremely high adhesion and is remarkably excellent in blocking resistance. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises a thermoplastic resin and a solid plasticizer, where a combination of a phosphorous compound represented by formula (1) with a phosphorous compound represented by formula (2) is employed as the solid plasticizer (wherein R<1> -R<4> are each a hydrocarbyl or heterocyclic group; A is a divalent hydrocarbyl or heterocyclic group; k is 0 or 1; m is an integer of 0-3; n is an integer of 1-3; and R<1> , R<2> , A and the like may be linked together to form a phosphorus atom-containing ring).
