PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller chain capable of performing smooth circulating guide of a roller. SOLUTION: This roller chain comprises a large number of rollers 3, spacer parts 11 interposed between the rollers 3, and flexible connection belt parts 12 for connecting the spacer parts 11 to each other. The outer circumference of each roller 3 is brought into slidable contact with the spacer parts 11 before and behind the roller, and the rollers 3 are arrayed parallel to each other by the spacer parts 11.
