PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal a combustion engine cogeneration system having high safety. SOLUTION: This internal combustion engine cogeneration system supplies dry comfortable air in a room 11 by making the dry air by a dehumidifying air conditioner 6 having a dehumidifying rotor 7, and desorbs moisture adsorbed to the dehumidifying rotor 7 of the dehumidifying air conditioner 6 by heating the air from the inside of the room 11 by exhaust heat of a gas turbine 4. A safety valve 17 stops supply of the exhaust heat from the gas turbine 4 when a ventilating outlet 13 from the inside of the room 11 is blocked up by furniture or the like.
