PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set a scaffold element even if there are large unevenness and an inclination without taking time for set work of the scaffold element even if a rocking range of a base member is set maximally large. SOLUTION: This stable support leg 1 of the scaffold element is provided with an installing member 11 installable in a member end part of the scaffold element 2, and the base member 14 having the surface side connected to the installing member 11, and having a grounding surface 14A on the reverse side so as to be freely rockable to the whole azimuths when viewed from the specific neutral axis X, and is provided with an energizing member 16 for energizing the base member 14 so that the grounding surface 14A of the base member 14 is restored to a neutral state orthogonal to the neutral axis X.
