METHOD FOR CENTRIFUGALLY MOLDING CONCRETE PILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for centrifugally molding a concrete pile having good compaction property by adopting a thick-consistency concrete having a small slump value as a molding material. SOLUTION: The method for molding a concrete tube by a centrifugal force comprises the steps of sequentially rotating a cylindrical form in which the thick-consistency concrete is filled around its axis at an infinitesimal speed, a low speed, an intermediate speed and a high speed in which the rate of each speed is stepwisely increased.
