PORTABLE PHONE KEY PAD OF FILM INSERTION TYPE KEY AND SILICON RUBBER COMBINATION TYPE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PORTABLE PHONE KEY PAD

摘要

PURPOSE: A portable phone key pad and method for manufacturing the same is provided to eliminate restriction of key height and achieve improved stability by firmly coupling a pad made of a silicon rubber to a film insertion type key. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing portable phone key pad, comprises a first step(S1) of printing characters or digit at the rear surface of a transparent film; a second step(S2) of compressing the film into a plurality of key shape; a third step(S3) of inserting film into a mold and injection molding a synthetic resin into a key shape; a fourth step(S4) of cutting away edges around keys such that the shaped keys are interconnected with each other; a fifth step(S5,S6) of fixing the processed key to a jig and applying an adhesive agent to the bottom surface of the key; and a sixth step(S8) of obtaining a complete key pad by attaching a pad made of a silicon rubber, to the key.
