PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force transmission control device capable of providing the optimum torque transmission in accordance with temperature change of oil for holding functions of a clutch mechanism in accordance with irregularity of characteristics or aging change in each driving force transmitting device. SOLUTION: A CPU 18g computes temperature Tcoil of an electromagnetic coil 13a of an electromagnet using a resistance Rs of the electromagnetic coil 13a for a reference temperature Ts recorded in a ROM 18h. The resistance value Rs is measured for each driving force transmitting device when the driving force transmitting device is manufactured. When an ECU 18 is manufactured, the resistance value Rs of the driving force transmitting device composing this driving force transmission control device with combination of the ECU 18 in every ECU 18 is recorded in the ROM 18h of the ECU 18.
