<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which is capable of hygienically performing aerobic fermentation treatment in fermentation treatment and to provide a method of hygienically, inexpensively and easily biologically decomposing the garbage discharged from homes, etc., in particular without generation of harmful insects, such as flies. SOLUTION: A garlic component is made to exist in a treating vessel in performing the aerobic fermentation treatment and the aerobic fermentation treatment is performed in the atmosphere of the garlic atmosphere. More particularly in the method of obtaining garbage compost by the aerobic fermentation treatment to biologically decompose the garbage by subjecting the garbage discharged from the homes, etc., and a fermentation accelerating agent, such as leaf mold, to mixing treatment, the garlic component is made to exist in the fermentation treating vessel, by which the generation of larvae of maggots, etc., is suppressed and further the eclosion of the larva is drastically inhibited and the fermentation treatment is hygienically performed without the generation of the harmful insects, such as flies.</p> |
