PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of lightweight cold urethane of a flame retardant compounding formulation using an ordinary polyol, and to provide another manufacturing method of the lightweight cold urethane using another compounding formulation so that even if four components heads are used, rust of piping thereof is prevented and auxiliaris are capable of uniformuly dispersing. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the lightweight cold urethane comprising injecting a raw material stock into a mold at a one-shot, the method comprises compounding per 100 pts.wt. of the polyol, 0.1-2.0 pts.wt. of diethanolamine. When the polyol and isocyanate which are principal raw materials, and auxiliaries other than the polyol and the isocyanate, which are preliminarily mixed, are injected from each individual storage vessel into the mold, a water-soluble silicone foam stabilizer is compounded with the auxiliaries. |
