RECYCLABLE SPECIAL SHAPE MOLDED PRODUCT, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ADHESIVE SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recyclabler profile molded product capable of being incinerated by simple incineration equipment or capable of being recycled to be used because a halogen is not contained substantially, a method capable of manufacturing the same relatively inpexpensively and a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet used in the recyclable special shape molded product and good in weatherability, flexibility and thermoforming properties. SOLUTION: The recyclabler special-shape molded product is constituted by integrally laminating the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprising a colored thermoplastic resin sheet provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and not substantially containing a halogen on a flexible substrate substantially containing no halogen and thermoforming the formed laminate into a special shape. The recyclabler special shape molded product is manufactured by laminating the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprising the colored thermoplastic resin sheet provided with the pressure-sensitive layer and not substantially containing the halogen on the flexible resin substrate and subjecting the obtained laminate to vacuum molding. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet used in the recyclable special shape molded product and constituted by providing the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the colored thermoplastic resin sheet is also disclosed.
