PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing means capable of reliably performing an opening/closing operation and shutting off moisture without making a chemical absorb the moisture, be solidified and cause malfunctions. SOLUTION: A receiving port 58 for feeding the chemical as solute is constituted on a tank 24 to put in the solvent of replenishing liquid and the chemical is supplied from the exist of a replenishing device 20. One end part of a pipe member 56 cylindrically formed with an elastic material is connected to the exist of the replenishing device 20 and the other end part is connected to the receiving port 58 of the tank 24. By elastically deforming the pipe member 56 with an opening/closing operation means 60, changeover is performed to the state where the pipe member 56 is made straight, the pipe hole is opened and the chemical as the solute of the replenishing liquid can be passed through or the state where the pipe hole is closed so as to be airtight and the moisture is shut off by the elastically deformed and crushed pipe member 56.
