PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a support body for conductive contactor accurately and at a low cost. SOLUTION: Three synthetic resin sheets 6 embedded with reinforcing plates 3 are piled up and heated in one body so as to form a support body 1, by drilling each holder hole 2 in a part corresponding to each opening 3a of the reinforcing plates. In this manner, the strength of the whole support body can be raised with the reinforcing plates. Since the reinforcing plates are provided in duplication, thin plates can be used for each. Therefore, the drilling in the case of thin beams in the shape of a plurality of openings can be easily done and the processing cost in such a shape can be lowered. Also, by forming the synthetic resin sheets with a synthetic resin material of nonwoven fabric impregnated with heat curing resin, the fiber of the nonwoven fabric becomes thin and short, processability with tools improves and the processing cost can be further lowered.
