PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a ventilation path switching device enhancing securing strength in an external peripheral edge parts between a door base board part and seal materials of a rotary switching door. SOLUTION: This ventilation path switching device comprises a case 13 formed into a ventilation path and a butterfly door 1 arranged in the case 13 to switch a flow of air, the butterfly door 1 consists of a door base board part 10 making switching action of the flow of air, a rotary shaft 11, and seal materials 12 formed of elastic body secured to external peripheral edge parts 10a, and makes the seal materials 12 abut on seal surfaces 13a provided on the side of the case 13, the external peripheral edge parts 10a of the door base board part 10 are formed into a shape tilted so as to face a closed direction of the butterfly door 1.
