PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greened bedrock proper for growing a plant. SOLUTION: In the greened bedrock 1, a lower layer 2 is composed of a hydrothermal solidified body mainly comprising fine soil and a lime component. The crushed substances 4 of the hydrothermal solidified bodies the same as that 2 of the lower layer 2 are bonded by fine soil and a hydrothermal reaction product with the lime component in an upper layer 3, and there are large voids among the mutual crushed substances 4. The seeds of the plant are entered among the mutual crushed substances 4 and grown.
