PURPOSE: A trailing arm of a vehicle and a manufacturing method are provided to simplify the manufacturing process by performing press process and forging process according to parts and by assembling with welding, and to prevent deformation with optimal design. CONSTITUTION: A trailing arm(10) of a vehicle is composed of a body, and a forging arm(20) welded into the end of the body and combined with suspension arms(31,32). A bush(12) is formed in the end of the body, and suspension arms are composed of upper and lower arms. The body is formed through press process, and the forging arm is formed through forging process. The forging arm is welded into the end of the body. Press process or forging process is performed according to function or structure of parts, and parts are assembled with welding. Manufacturing process is simplified, and productivity is increased.
