PURPOSE: A PDA(personal digital assistant) and a method for displaying information are provided to make user receive information continuously. CONSTITUTION: The PDA comprised of a PDA communication device, for receiving signals that carry information sent to the personal digital assistant by an information service provider, and, for coupling the information to a PDA display device, the information sent to the PDA being selected for delivery to the PDA according to PDA-user criteria, a PDA display and input device operatively coupled to the communications device capable of displaying information in at least one predetermined region of the display and input device in response to informational data coupled into the display and input device, and receiving an input entered into the display and input device in response to displayed information, received input responses causing information displayed on the display and input device to display different information on the display and input device.
