<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional internal combustion engine wherein a water cooling type exhaust manifold has integrally an integral structure by a casting die due to complexity of its structure and requires a die such as a complex core, and extinguishment load of the die is increased and cost reduction is disturbed when an production amount is less. SOLUTION: In a water cooling type exhaust manifold, an exhaust passage disposed between a cylinder head and a superdischarger of an internal combustion engine is covered with an external cover, and a space between the external cover and the exhaust passage is set to be a cooling water chamber. The external cover and the exhaust passage are separated from each other, the exhaust passage interconnects separate exhaust introducing pipe, exhaust branch pipe, and exhaust merge pipe, and each connecting part is welded so as to keep water tightness.</p> |
