<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for manufacturing a tubular molded object not requiring the addition of a special constituent element to a conventional tube, making a molding time short an capable of utilizing 90-100% of consumed energy in order to heat the tube. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the tubular molded object by molding the tube 10, which consists of a tube main body 11 made of a thermoplastic resin and a protector 12 made of a conductive rubber covering the tube main body 11, into a predetermined shape, the protector 12 is heated by applying current to the protector 12 to plasticize the tube main body 11 and the plasticized tube main body 11 is molded into the predetermined shape.</p> |
