PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch built-in pulley capable of preventing lubricating grease from leaking to the outside even if scratches exist on the cylindrical inner surface of the pulley. SOLUTION: A pair of antifriction bearings 10a, 10b are incorporated in between the pulley 2 and a pulley hub 1, and an outer ring 21 of a one-way clutch 20 is incorporated in between the pair of antifriction bearings 10a, 10b. Openings at the outward ends of the pair of antifriction bearings 10a, 10b are sealed with elastic seal 32 to prevent grease leakage by the bearing seal 31 and the elastic seal 32.
