PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure of an automobile which can be manufactured with a high yield and at low cost. SOLUTION: A frame structure of an automobile according to the present invention is provided with a pair of rod-state members 20 and 20 arranged with a predetermined angleθ1 to each other. This pair of members 20 and 20 are manufactured from two cut pieces cut from a material made of a single rod-state extruded material with a predetermined length in the plane diagonally crossing its extrusion axis. A cut face part 21 of one of the members 20 and a cut face part 21 of the other of the members 20 are joined by welding with an intermediate member 10 arranged between the both members.
