PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of production for calcium solution and an antibacterial method using the same without necessitating an extra operation/process such as filtration and centrifugation, free from cloudiness and high in antibiotic action. SOLUTION: This method of production for calcium solution and the antibacterial method using the same, dissolves 0.2-20 pts.wt of calcium oxide obtained by calcinating seashells, in a container composed of a water permeable material in 100 pts.wt of water by soaking, standing or agitating and obtained solution has turbidity <=0.1 measured by an absorptiometer in visual region and pH >=10, uses a fabric or paper material having 0.01-1,000μm of sieve opening as the water permeable material.
