PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil feeding device for bookbinding with a coil which can simply meet a change in the diameter of the coil for bookbinding and can feed the coil, giving stable rotation thereto. SOLUTION: The feeding device of the coil 4 is so constituted that the coil 4 wound helically at a prescribed pitch in the longitudinal direction is fed with rotation and inserted through punch holes 1a formed along the end edge of a paper bundle 1, so as to bind the paper bundle 1 with the coil 4. Herein three rolls 13 to 15 which hold the coils 4 among them and have respectively recesses 13a to 15a formed in the outer peripheral surfaces at intervals of the punch holes 1a are fitted rotatably to a roll fitting plate 16. Spacing of the rolls 13 to 15 is made adjustable radially by operating levers 17a and 17b and also the height of the roll fitting plate 16 is made adjustable, while the rolls 13 to 15 are rotated in the same direction by a belt 22 connected to a motor 20.
