PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package and its manufacturing method, excellent in efficiencies of transport and storage. SOLUTION: The package is a packaging bag in which powdered and granular materials are contained and whose interior is kept in the state of a negative pressure. The configuration of the cross section of a body of the package becomes substantially rectangular when it is cut in the horizontal direction.
