PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that articles are carried only with being loaded on a truck upper face and accordingly easily clogged in a conventional rotary type arranging/feeding machine. SOLUTION: An in course 19b of a part close to an inner peripheral edge of a truck 19 extending outside from an upper opening edge of a rotating ball 15 is at a higher level than an out course 19a of a part close to the outer peripheral edge, and a side face of the in course 19b at the out course 19a side is an annularly extending sliding wall 19c. In a quarter periphery of the truck upper face those to an outlet passage 37, a transfer guide 43, the out course 19a and the sliding wall 19c form a U-shaped article transfer groove 47. Dry batteries 55 inside the rotating ball 15 first run onto the in course 19b of the truck 19 and are carried, where the batteries in non-aligned attitude fall in the middle. Then the batteries are forcedly dropped in the article transfer groove 47 by a groove dropping guide 51. After that, since rotation force of the rotating ball 15 acts at two faces of the out course 19a and a step face 19c, the batteries are smoothly carried to the outlet passage 37 even if shapes or sizes of the batteries are different.
