PURPOSE: A printing method for forming patterns on and dying colors over the leather material is provided to embody a delicate intaglio and to relief pattern on the surface of the leather material, and to achieve a mass production of leather products having same pattern and color. CONSTITUTION: In the printing method for forming patterns on and dying colors over the leather material, a press roller of which surface is coated with an urethane rubber material having a hardness of 80 is used to clearly carve a certain intaglio and relief pattern on the leather material while preventing the damage of the leather material. Also, in order to improve an adsorption property of a hand color dyeing print layer, the leather material is passed through a fair wind furnace.
