发明名称 BIOLOGICAL NUTRIENT REMOVAL SYSTEM USING ORP METER AND ACID FERMENTATION IN SEQUENCING BATCH REACTOR PROCESS
摘要 PURPOSE: A biological nutrient removal using acid fermentation and ORP (oxidation and reduction potential) meter in sequencing batch reactor (SBR) which can improve denitrification and dephosphorization efficiency by injecting fermented VFAs (volatile fatty acid) at each anoxic stages is provided. CONSTITUTION: The SBR process comprises the steps of inflow stage; anoxic stage in which carbon sources contained in raw wastewater are used in predenitrification, and sewage is split injected into the anoxic state; oxic stage which performs denitrification, and is controlled by ORP meter; post anoxic stage which deoxidizes NO3-N into nitrogen gas by injecting carbon source made in acid fermenter(100); air stripping stage which removes nitrogen gas; settling stage; and decanting stage. The acid fermentation changes organic compounds into VFAs which can be easily used by microorganism while organic compounds pass the stages of hydrolysis and acid production and the VFAs are supplied as carbon source in SBR reactor.
