PURPOSE: A pre-fabricated boat is provided to load a boat in the trunk of a vehicle, to minimize the volume of boat units by putting parts into the space in a side member, and to generate a great amount of buoyancy by forming spaces in respective members. CONSTITUTION: A pre-fabricated boat comprises a stem member(1), a stern member(2), first and second side members(3,4) combined to both sides of the stem member and the stern member, bottom members(5) divided into plural parts and forming a bottom surface, first and second packings(6,7) installed on the connecting faces of the stem member, the first and second side members and the stern member and keeping airtightness, a third packing(8) installed in between the bottom members and keeping airtightness, a fourth packing member(9) installed in between the first and second side members and the bottom members and keeping airtightness, and a connecting member(10) for connecting the stem member, the first and second side members and the stern members.
