EASILY UNSEALABLE LID MEMBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily unsealable lid member which is unsealed easily when fitted as a lid by heat sealing to a container while being excellent in productivity and inexpensiveness because of its die-cutting method of forming into an individual form with a half-cut line serving as an easy unsealing means provided and preciseness in positioning for die-cutting the outer circumference of the lid member and the half-cut line maintained, and also to provided a method for manufacturing the said lid member. SOLUTION: The easily unsealable lid member 100 is made by die-cutting into a form with tab 3 projected outward from a part at the outer circumference of the main body part 2 (in a circular shape in this case), and a half-cut line 4 is formed by a mechanical means at the inside of the lid member 100, starting from the base of the tab 3 toward the inside at a position distant by the width of a heat-sealed part from the outer circumference of the lid member 100 along a line to be severed at the time of unsealing the lid member. Die-cutting for the outer circumference of the lid member 100 and forming of the half-cut line 4 are desirable to be made simultaneously with a full-cut edge and a half- cut edge provided at the same cutting die.
