PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reluctant plug opening by stopping swing of a hinged cap. SOLUTION: A hinged cap is provided with a base 2 mounted on an opening portion 1 a of a container 1 and having an opening 2a in communication with its inner side, a cap main body 3 having a pouring-out hole 3a in communication with the opening 2a of the base 2 and rotatably holded by the base 2 and a lid 4 swingably interconnected to the cap main body 3 via a hinge h wherein a lock mechanism 5 is mounted between the base 2 and the lid 4 to prevent the lid 4 from swinging in the plug opening direction by rotating the cap main body 3 around the base 2 with the lid 4 being attached to the cap main body 3 or by rotating the base 4 and the container 1 connected to it around the cap main body 3. |
