PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera capable of performing digital (electronic) photographing and film photographing and realizing a method for capturing an image when there is no film and a method for easily displaying images picked up when there is a film and there is no film. SOLUTION: The camera is provided with a switching means 15 having a film mode for performing electronic(E) photographing interlocking with film photographing and switching and setting a demo mode for performing only the E photographing, a storage means individually having a 1st memory area 21 for storing E photographing data at the film mode and a 2nd memory area 22 for storing E photographing data at the demo mode, an image display means 25 for displaying the E photographing data, and a control means 100 (10, 20) for controlling display so that only the data stored in the 1st memory area are successively displayed on the display means 25 in accordance with the operation of an operation member at the film mode and data in the 1st and 2nd memory area 22 are successively displayed on the display means in response to the operation of the operation member at the demo mode and the camera can perform both of E photographing and film photographing. |
