WOOD/THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITE FOAMED MOLDED PRODUCT AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood/thermoplastic resin composite foamed molded product containing wood and a thermoplastic resin, not forming a two-layered structure by the surface layer and interior in its cross section and having cross- sectional appearance more similar to the texture of wood, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The wood/thermoplastic resin composite foamed molded product contains 30-70 wt.% of wood and 70-30 wt.% of the thermoplastic resin and the density in the cross section of the molded product increases from the center part of the molded product to the surface thereof.
