PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing of very small friction torque with excellent waterproof performance. SOLUTION: This rolling bearing has two seals on each end, first seals 5 and 5 fixed to an outer ring 2, second seals 6 and 6 are fixed to an inner ring 1 and brought into slidable contact with side surfaces of the first seals 5 and 5, and the diameter R of a slidable contact part 6d of the second seal 6 is not larger than the pitch circle P.C.D. of the bearing. Since the bearing is sealed double by the first seals 5 and 5 in slidable contact with the inner ring 1 and the second seals 6 and 6 in slidable contact with the side surfaces of the first seals 5 and 5, the waterproof performance is considerably improved. In addition, since the diameter R of the slidable contact part 6d of the second seal 6 is not larger than the pitch circle, the sliding friction of the second seal 6 is small, and the increase in the torque can be suppressed.
