PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a liquid crystal injecting device in such a way that temperature distribution on surfaces of a plurality of vacant cells juxtaposed inside a liquid crystal filling device is totally similar on any arbitrary position. SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal injecting and sealing off device where a warming device warms the vacant cell for the liquid crystal, the liquid crystal is injected into the vacant cell and liquid crystal injection port of the cell is sealed off, a heat source means 22 is arranged on a lower position of the liquid crystal injecting device 20 and a warming fluid causes natural convection inside the liquid crystal filling and sealing off device 20.
