PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroxy radical automatic measurement device capable of automatically performing quick and precise microdetermination of a hydroxy radical generated in a liquid specimen. SOLUTION: In this hydroxy radical automatic measurement device constructed of a reaction means 1 automatically bringing a plurality of sealed cells 5 each filled with a specimen solution, which is mixed with a trapping agent capturing a predetermined quantity of the hydroxy radical as a photochemical reaction product in a vessel 1a having an opening/closing mechanism, into a photochemical reaction sequentially, an irradiation means 30 irradiating the cells with light, a separation means 2 separating the specimen solution sampled from the cell via a sampling tube 2a, and a detection means 3 detecting the separated reaction product by a chemical analysis method, an injection means 4 injecting the liquid specimen and the trapping agent into the cell can be equipped, and a control means automatically controlling the injection means is constructed.
